Honouring traditional connections with ancient yoga practices - Hatha moves into the body - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, guiding you through a practice which builds resilience, focus, awareness and connection - with a twist, our practice is entirely in the water. Allowing more freedom of movement, greater support and joint mobility, enjoying the natural landscape and surroundings of nature. Class is suited for beginners and regular practitioners. Located in the undercover heated pool - part of Brisbane City council Active program. Class is free, pool entry not included. Bookings not required.
