A Private session provides the space and time to cultivate a one-on-one practice catering to your individual needs in a setting that best suits you. Our yoga practice naturally differs each and every time we step into the mat based on our physical, energetic and emotional requirements. This time invites a practice that welcomes YOU just as you are. Appointments can be in person or via zoom.

Cancellation Policy

Once paid in full 100% refund issued - 14 days prior to event 50% refund issued - 10 days prior to event Less than 10 days notice - Option to transfer to a future event date
